Richard Hammond gets to play with the Pagani Zonda Cinque
Whilst we were busy wandering round the interweb today to make sure we’d got our facts right for the ‘Top Gear builds an Electric Car‘ piece, we came across a video of Richard Hammond out playing with the ultimate road-going Zonda – the Pagani Zonda Cinque. As all of you who watch Top Gear already know, Hammond would marry a Zonda tomorrow if he could. So you won’t be entirely amazed to discover that the video is an homage to the Zonda, and not exactly objective.

It’s a fair question when you see the sketch above – is this the new Porsche 928? Especially when you learn that this sketch was produced by Porsche and is in the header of the Porsche Consulting web site. And we’ve had some strong rumours that Porsche are working on a 21st century 928.
Citroën's Cactus concept featuring a mysterious sounding 'Air Bump' technology will be taking center stage at the carmaker's stand at this year's Frankfurt motor show. The carmaker has released just one image of the concept along with a 21-second video (see left) showing a spongy panel labeled ‘Air Bump' being poked. Although this doesn't really tell us much about what this new technology actually does, we suspect the panels featured in the video are inserted into the bumper and can protect it from the smaller-scale collisions that can happen in everyday life.
